3. Personal data

Spécialités T.A., as data controller, uses its customers' personal data (e-mail and postal addresses, account and order information, designs saved in “My designs”) only for the commercial relationship. It guarantees their confidentiality: this data is neither transferred nor made accessible to third parties, apart from the service providers who need it to fulfil the order (transport, payment). The details of the processing are set out in article 13 of the general terms of sale.

In accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and French Act no. 78-17 of 6 January 1978 as amended (“Informatique et libertés”), you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port the data concerning you.
