Carrier and lead times

Delivery is carried out by Chronopost, or by any other carrier chosen by Spécialités T.A., to mainland France and worldwide.

Your order is shipped within 2 working days at the latest (excluding Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays), once we have received your order and confirmation of your payment. Personalised bottles are delivered within the time stated in article 15 of the Terms of Sale.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are €7.19 incl. VAT and are free for orders of €180 incl. VAT or more. They are shown in your basket before you enter your delivery details and before payment. Any local customs charges outside the European Union are payable by the recipient.

On receipt of your parcel

It is your responsibility to check the condition of the goods on delivery: references, quantities, quality and conformity with your order. If there is a problem, state your reservations to the carrier and contact us promptly.

Any risk of loss or damage to the goods passes to the consumer when they, or a third party designated by them other than the carrier offered by Spécialités T.A., take physical possession of the goods.

A document explaining how to exercise the right of withdrawal, a copy of the withdrawal form and an invoice / delivery note are enclosed in the parcel.

Suspension of delivery

The seller reserves the right to suspend any delivery:

  • if the non-performance or faulty performance of the contract is attributable to the customer, in particular if the agreed payment terms are not met or if an error in the contact details makes delivery impossible;
  • in the event of force majeure or unforeseeable and unavoidable events: industrial disputes, epidemics, wars, requisition, fire, flood, interruption of or delays in transport, or an export ban imposed by the government.
